TAS and Diversity

Dear Valued Member,

The Society's Board of Directors established a Diversity Task Force last year with a mandate to promote equity, diversity and inclusion within the Society. The Society has since retained Anima Leadership to support the work of the Diversity Task Force. Anima Leadership will conduct a statistical profile of the Society's membership, evaluate and identify diversity initiatives and help develop a diversity statement.

Thank you to our members who completed our anonymous demographic survey in May and June 2018. The data will be compiled to create a snapshot of the Society's membership so that we can better understand who our members are and how best to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
