Since Aaron's call to the bar in 1998, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of family law (and related areas) and in the defence of solicitor's negligence claims.
While Aaron's preference is to reach an amicable and negotiated/mediated resolution to family disputes, he recognizes that not all disputes can be negotiated, whereupon he is an able and strategic litigator with an extensive knowledge of case law from across the country. Aaron has acted as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is regularly referred appellate work by his peers and consulted for strategic advice.
Aaron also acts as a mediator and arbitrator.
