Our popular speed mentoring for young advocates is back this February with another virtual edition! Dinner may not be included but you can still bring a snack and connect with a variety of mentors, grab top tips, and make new and lasting connections from your favourite WFH spot.
How does it work? Mentees will be assigned to a small group for the event and connect with mentors in our virtual breakout rooms. Mentors will share their advice on this event’s theme:
Built to Last:
Your career depends on building strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, senior partners and clients. But how do you manage relationship demands in a 24/7 environment from home? Get invaluable tips on the steps that are crucial to building your practice and your profile. Learn how to manage your client network, avoid conflicts, raise your profile and handle challenging relationships diplomatically while maintaining your “self” as you build your practice during a pandemic.
Space is limited.
*Due to current concerns with COVID-19, this program will be broadcast online only.
