Apple, Elderflower & Mint Public Interest Sparkle

• 18ml elderflower cordial
• 250ml apple juice
• Small handful mint leaves, roughly chopped
• Sparkling water

Mix elderflower cordial with apple juice. Add mint leaves, stir well. Top up with sparkling water.

Blueberry & Mint Insider Iced Tea

• 1 peppermint tea bag
• 35g blueberries
• ½ tbsp sugar

Steep tea in cup of boiling water for 5 mins. Add blueberries to a glass with sugar and lightly crush. Pour tea over the blueberries. Top up with cold water. Add ice to cool quickly or chill until cold. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices and blueberries.

Materially Margarita

• 2 oz tequila
• 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 oz agave nectar

Rim a glass with salt. Add tequila, lime juice and agave nectar to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.

Mojito Misrepresentation Mocktail

• 10 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
• 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
• 2 tbsp sugar or to taste
• 1/2 cup club soda

Muddle mint and 1 lime wedge. Add 2 lime wedges and sugar, muddle again. Top with ice, add club soda and more sugar to taste. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.

Responsible Issuer G&T

• 2 oz gin
• 4 to 6 oz tonic water, to taste

Pour gin over ice and top with tonic water. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Tipper Wine Spritzer

• 3 oz white wine
• 1 oz club soda

Add wine and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge or orange peel.
