Join us for this year’s theme “Tasting Terrior”. Terroir is an elusive term to most that encompasses a wide range of environmental and cultural influences of a defined area creating a wine unlike anywhere else on earth. Sommelier Sara d’Amato will provide you with the opportunity to revisit classics and introduce you to new and emerging regions. Let us take you through a myriad of terroirs from warm to cool, rocky to sandy, coastal to mountainous -- tasting contrasting pairings that will elucidate the meaning of terroir.
