Applications in Court were introduced in January 2009 as a new, made-in-Nova-Scotia option for civil proceedings. On January 5, 2021, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia introduced significant revisions to the applicable rules. Join us to hear two leading members of the court discuss and explain the revisions, and have the chance to ask your own questions.
