With a curriculum of over 100 civil, administrative, family, criminal and special litigation programs, we have something for everyone – and each program is taught by experienced faculty members who are acknowledged experts in their field. When you learn from TAS you learn from the best.

PLEASE NOTE: Until it is safe to proceed in person, all of our collegial events or gatherings and education programs will be offered online where possible, or postponed to a later date. We will continue to update you on new formats for existing programs and new programs under development.

Applications in Court were introduced in January 2009 as a new, made-in-Nova-Scotia option for civil proceedings. On January 5, 2021, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia introduced significant revisions to the applicable rules. Join us to hear two leading members of the court discuss and explain the revisions, and have the chance to ask your own questions.

This is your chance to practise and refine your motion advocacy skills in a supportive environment.
