The Trustees of The Honourable Charles L. Dubin Lecture on Advocacy Fund are honoured to present The Honourable Thomas A. Cromwell, who will deliver the 2018 Dubin Lecture to members of the profession.

Mr. Cromwell served on the Supreme Court of Canada from December 2008 to September 2016. During that time, Justice Cromwell developed the first formal code of ethics for judges and worked to improve access to justice. Now retired from the Supreme Court, The Hon. Thomas A. Cromwell is senior counsel for Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and continues to serve as the Chair of the Action Committee on Access to Justice in Civil and Family Matters.
