To receive a refund of your registration fee, cancellation requests must be received by Monday, January 5, 2026. There will be a minimum administrative charge of $150.00 CAD per person + HST for all cancellations. You may also be responsible for the cost of your hotel room booking if you attempt to cancel beyond this date.

Cancellation requests will not be processed if they are received later than the above deadline.
Registration transfers (between registrants) should be received at least two (2) business days before the program date to be processed.
