Master the art of conducting an examination for discovery with this hands-on skills workshop. Participants of the first two blocks are eligible to join us for the third block of our Building Block Series, which will let you put theory into practise. This workshop is your chance to conduct a virtual discovery and practise a variety of questioning techniques in a safe and risk-free learning environment. You will be asked to prepare and present a slice of a discovery on behalf of either the plaintiff or defendant. You will then receive immediate, individualized feedback on your performance from our trained instructors, and the benefit of hands-on, practical learning that is tailored to your strengths and weaknesses.
