Brian Gover is one of Canada’s leading advocates, with a nationally recognized practice spanning Indigenous law, commercial and civil litigation, criminal and regulatory law, and appellate advocacy. Over a distinguished career, he has a long record of experience with public inquiries, including as commission counsel at the Walkerton and Air India Inquiries and as party counsel on the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology and the Public Order Emergency Commission. Brian is widely respected for his leadership within the profession. He has combined excellence in advocacy with longstanding service to The Advocates’ Society and the legal community in Canada and internationally.
