This program will focus on the nuts and bolts of advocacy before administrative tribunals, including pre-hearing and hearings advocacy. You will hear from panels of experienced advocates who appear before tribunal as counsel and who act as adjudicators on their best practices, strategic decision-making, and tips and tricks for virtual and in-person tribunal advocacy.
