Take your motions advocacy skills to new heights with this intensive and practical skills workshop. Participants who have registered for the 3-part series are eligible to join us for the third and final block of the Building Block Series – a hands-on skills workshop that will let you apply your knowledge.

This workshop is your chance to conduct a virtual motion in a safe and risk-free learning environment. You will be asked to prepare and present a slice of your submissions on behalf of either the moving or responding party in a mock motion. Our trained instructors will provide you with immediate, individualized feedback on your performance. You will receive the benefit of hands-on, practical learning that is tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. You will also learn from your peers as you work through the interactive exercises in small groups.

Please note the workshop requires advance preparation based on a mock case file, which will be provided to you in advance of the workshop. Please ensure that you set aside enough time to prepare for the workshop, which may take up to a half-day to prepare for, depending on your level of experience.
