Group Flights
The Advocates' Society has reserved group airline tickets from Toronto to Cancun for Fall Convention 2026. Group air allows us to secure airline seats in advance, set fares and coordinate airport transfers for delegates
Group flights depart from Toronto (Pearson International Airport — YYZ). If you require assistance with alternate travel dates or flights from a different departure city, indicate this on the registration page and a member of the Travel Impresarios team will contact you.
Reminder:
As a reminder, group air comes with a few limitations:
- Seats are assigned by Air Canada in alpha order and cannot be changed until check-in. This means that spouses with different last names will not be seated together.
- Group tickets typically cannot be linked to the Air Canada App.
- On-line check-in is available 24 hours in advance, but Air Canada may occasionally require in-person check-in at the airport.

Airport Transfers
Round-trip ground transfers between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Grand Velas Riviera Maya are included for all delegates arriving and departing on the group flights.
If you book your own flights and arrive at a different time than the group, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the resort. The resort is approximately 45 minutes from Cancun Airport. The Travel Impresarios team can advise on private transfer arrangements upon request.
