About the Dine Around Program
On Wednesday evening and Friday evening, participants are on their own for dinner. We are pleased to recommend a selection of Grand Velas Riviera Maya's award-winning on-resort restaurants, where we have secured group reservations.
Grand Velas is renowned for its exceptional dining program — one of the finest all-inclusive dining experiences in the world, with no surcharge for any restaurant. Each venue offers a distinctive atmosphere and cuisine, from Mexican coastal to Japanese, Italian, and more.
How to Reserve
Registration for Dine Arounds will open on Friday, September 11, 2026. A registration link will be emailed to all Fall Convention registrants. The registrations for restaurants and dinner times will be done on a first reserved - first served basis.
Please note that the reservations available are for a maximum of 10 guests at one table at all restaurants except for Cocina de Autor. At Cocina de Autor the reservation sizes are more limited with a maximum of 8 guests per reservation.
In preparation for making your reservations, we recommend you confirm your group in advance and rank your restaurants in order of preference. When you register, you will be required to indicate all names on your reservation. This will avoid double booking.
If you are reserving as a single, a couple, or a small group, please let us know if you are open to having us seat you with other delegates dining at the same time or venue. Dine arounds are a great way to meet new people!
Larger Groups
The maximum size of reservations at the Grand Velas restaurants is 10 people. We are working on creating a “Large Group Dinner” for Friday night. More details will be available prior to the dine around reservations opening for booking.
