Please review the following before completing your registration:
- Review the Itinerary page for the full conference schedule and arrival/departure options.
- Review the Hotel page for room types and rates. Room selections are first-come, first-served.
- Review the Flight Information page for group flight options and pricing.
- Review the Terms & Conditions — by registering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Have your payment information ready. A merchant fee charge will apply to credit card payments.
- Note: Optional Activities and Dine Arounds are registered separately (links sent after registration opens).
What's Included in Your Registration
Registration Fee - CPD program, conference materials, and refreshment breaks
Land Package - Non-hotel room costs of the Convention, including group flight transfers, keynote speaker costs, lighting & sound equipment, communications, support and administrative costs.
Hotel - 3 or 4 nights at Grand Velas Riviera Maya (all-inclusive) — selected during registration
Flights - Group flights from Toronto Pearson — booked through travel partner at registration
Not Included - Cost of optional activities, travel insurance, checked baggage fees, personal expenses
