Learn by doing: At The Advocates’ Society, we know that’s the best way to master a skill. This remote, hands-on discovery skills workshop is the second of a two part series designed to help you put your discovery knowledge into practice. You will learn in small groups, remotely facilitated by experienced skills instructors who themselves have years of experience. You will have the opportunity to properly prepare a discovery, prepare your witness, and conduct a discovery, all done remotely. You learn from your peers, from senior counsel, and get useful, individualized feedback.
Please note that this program is only open to participants in the October 14 plenary session of Mastering Discovery Techniques.
Please also note that this program requires preparation of a case file, which will be provided to you in advance of the program. Registration for this program closes October 14.
